REFUND POLICY – EXECUTION-BASED
We stand behind the System because we built it through real-world trial and error. However, this is not a “try it and see” product. It is a disciplined protocol that demands consistent application.
Refund Window: 30 days from date of purchase.
Condition for Refund: You must demonstrate meaningful execution. A refund is not available simply because “it didn’t work” or “I changed my mind.” The System cannot fail someone who actually ran it with discipline.
What “Proof of Execution” Requires (Minimum):
- At least 14 consecutive days of following the core protocols (inspection, access denial, moisture control, proper baiting/placement, and documentation).
- Photos showing:
- Bait stations or gel baits placed in active/high-risk zones (under sinks, behind appliances, cabinet hinges, etc.).
- Evidence of moisture denial (fixed drips, dried areas, removed standing water).
- Completed sections of the 47-Point Audit or inspection checklist.
- A brief written summary (email) of the conditions found in your structure and the actions taken.
Submit your request and supporting documentation to info@roachdoctrine.com within the 14-day window. We will review within 48 hours.
If you provide clear evidence of execution and the System did not deliver progress consistent with the documented principles, we will issue a full refund.
No Proof = No Refund. This policy protects serious buyers from tire-kickers and protects us from people who buy but never open the manual. Partial effort produces partial results — we only refund full effort that still falls short.
One-Time Use: Refunds are limited to one per customer. Abusive refund behavior (multiple purchases/refunds) will result in permanent ban from future offers.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us and providing proof of execution, you forfeit any future access or support and may be reported.
Bottom Line
This Doctrine was built by someone who was once defeated by roaches and came out the other side with a repeatable system. It works when you work it.
