TERMS OF SERVICE & REFUND POLICY The Roach Doctrine – Field Manual

This is not generic legal boilerplate. These are the operating rules for anyone who purchases and uses The Roach Doctrine. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms in full. They exist to protect the integrity of the system, respect the work that built it, and ensure only serious operators receive the full benefit.
1. Nature of the Product
The Roach Doctrine is a digital field manual — an educational system based on field-tested environmental control principles for German cockroach infestations. It is not professional pest control services, legal advice, medical advice, or a guaranteed “quick fix.” It is a structured doctrine that requires active execution.
You are purchasing access to the manual, supporting protocols, checklists, and related materials (the “System”). All content is for personal, non-commercial use in your own home or managed properties.
2. License and Usage Rights
- You receive a single-user, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your personal application.
- You may print one physical copy for your own reference.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload to file-sharing sites, screenshot large sections for public posting, or use the materials to create derivative competing products.
- All intellectual property (text, layout, diagrams, protocols, branding, “47-Point” system, etc.) remains the exclusive property of M. Cortez / Roach Doctrine.
Violation of these usage rights will result in immediate revocation of access and may trigger legal action for copyright infringement.
3. Disclaimers and Limitations
- Results depend entirely on your execution of the System. Environmental variables, extent of infestation, building construction, and consistency all matter.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Past results shared in marketing or testimonials are not promises of identical results.
- The System is designed for German cockroaches (primary focus). Other species may require different approaches.
- This is not a substitute for licensed pest management professionals, especially in severe multi-unit, commercial, or health-sensitive situations.
- Always follow local laws, regulations, and safety guidelines when applying any products referenced.
You assume full responsibility for how you implement the protocols.
4. No Warranties
The materials are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or results.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roach Doctrine, M. Cortez, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of the System. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the manual.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
